Today is an unboxing for all of my photographer friends. Today we check out the Coco Ring Flash. If you have ever wanted a ring light like the Alienbee ring light, or a ring flash accessory like the Orbis ring light or the Ray flash then you are going to love the Coco ring flash. The Coco ring flash is just as high quality as the others but with a much lower price tag. The other units range anywhere from couple hundred to several hundred but the Coco ring flash can be had for under $60. For that price I thought why not give it a try and I can say it did not disappoint.

Today we visit Shlagel Farms to pick strawberries. This is our third year back and we have a great time every year. Shlagel Farms is a wonderful family run farm that grows and sells its produce locally. You can buy strawberries from them already picked or you can head into the fields and pick your own berries. This year the friendly owners of Simple Pleasures Ice Cafe in Bowie, MD are at Shlagel Farms selling homemade ice cream, BBQ, ice tea, and even homemade poundcake made with real butter. If you have never been strawberry picking it is a blast and Shlagel Farms is the best place to take the family, take a friend, or even a date to enjoy a sweet strawberry treat.

Today we see some fish mongers LOL in the way you are thinking but real fish mongers selling fish while we visit Virgo Fish Market in Washington DC. If you find yourself near the waterfront in Washington DC around the area of Gang Plank and the docks where the dinner cruise ships are docked you can find the fish market by simply following the walkway heading west and you will run right into it.

Today at Eastern Market in Washington DC we were able to see man play a musical instrument from Zimbabwe that has been around for over a 1000 years, a Mbira. These little instruments look like thumb pianos and make a beautiful sound.
